It’s hard to deny that more strength will help your bowling game.
Obvious reasons for this are because a bowling ball is easier to grip and swing with good upper body strength, and a good approach and finish is easier with strong legs that provide better stability and a good foundation for throwing the ball.
Strength in the core is what connects the upper and lower parts of the body together and allows a transfer of power from the legs to upper body and throwing arm. A strong core allows all of the parts of your body to work together better.
