Dynamic stretching is used in many sports including bowling for warming up the body. This kind of stretching is better than static stretching for getting ready to bowl. It warms the muscles and stretches and loosens them at the same time. One difference is that you don’t hold the stretches in dynamic stretching as you do in static stretching.
You can stretch all of your muscles using this technique including your important bowling muscles such as your legs and lower back.
